Ko-Ka Tsara Bush Camp, Beaufort West in the heart of the Great Karoo. This intimate and exclusive privately owned 30 000 acres, plays host to more than 20 various species of game and 196 varieties of birds.

Ko-Ka Tsara Bush Camp meaning "small bucks kloof" in Khoi, is set in the Nuweveld Mountains of the Great Karoo, 8km outside Beaufort West. The hunting area comprises some 10 000 hectares fenced off, without any interior camps.

The traditional “voorsit” hunting method is not used on Ko-Ka Tsara and therefore no animals are chased with vehicles in the general direction of the hunter. No hunting off the back or from the inside of vehicles are allowed. Typically herds of buck are found and then hunt down by walking further and stalking. This method needs time and patience and complies with hunting in the proper sense of the word.
